Yaegi is a Korean word that holds multiple meanings depending on how it’s used: in its noun form, yaegi means “story” or “conversation.” In its verb form, yaegi means to “tell, say, speak.” (Source: Naver Korean-English Dictionary).
Yaegi Therapy’s mission is to support individuals and communities in their journeys toward healing and liberation, with a focus on expressing and exploring the multiple stories woven together that form our sense of self in relation to the people in our lives and the world in which we live. Yaegi Therapy strives to honor the storyteller within every person and the “critical connections” (Source: Grace Lee Boggs) that lead us toward well-being and holistic health at individual, community, and systemic levels.
